Paul Boyham has completed a management buy out of Radical Company for an undisclosed sum.

After coming through the pandemic period strongly, Radical has performed well in 2022 with several key client wins. To continue the planned growth, the Directors feel the timing is right for the MBO, which sees Ian Wilding resign from his position as a Director. 

Paul now holds 100% ownership of the company, while Ian will be focusing on Hangar 75, a corporate incubator and fund, based in California.
