Through our accelerated delivery models, we also help the London Stock Exchange to move towards achieving their vision through a series of accelerated developments that deliver measurable value.
March - June 2017
Working with a Global group of stakeholders both internal and external to the business we completed over 30 workshops that aimed to capture the requirements and aspirations for the new digital experiences. In parallel undertaking a full competitor and adjacency analysis looking to exploit less obvious opportunities. We utilised several ideation definition models aimed at gathering stakeholder responses in a uniform way to enable efficient trend analysis.
A Vision for .com
We presented a vision for the London Stock Exchange digital experience covering desktop, mobile and tablet, looking at tactical and strategic initiatives that could deliver tangible business value.
A key output of this phase was the identification of pockets of value that could be realised alongside more longer-term infrastructure and process improvements. We utilised a venture scorecard to establish an effective means of project prioritisation.
In December 2017 we launched our first pocket of value for the Exchange delivering the December 2017 we launched the Issuer Services experience within 16 weeks, an online portal with a personalised login for each of its 4,000 issuers.
This product was tested and refined amongst a closed group of Listed Companies from the Exchange, with a full market launch in June 2018 and further evolution throughout 2018.
LSEG Preference Centre
In December 2017 we commenced work on a new preference centre platform for the entire London Stock Exchange Group. This provides the Exchange with immediate value in terms of self-service subscriptions and inline with the new GDPR policy. The platform launched in early 2018 with further improvements ongoing allowing customers of the LSE to manage all data held by the Exchange on them.
January 2018 - present
Collaborating with the LSEG Academy in London and Milan to re-imagine their entire education offering. We undertook a UX and SEO review of the existing offering which identified some key areas for us to focus on including different location and audience needs, site structure and an opportunity to target new customers. We're currently redesigning the online academy inline with our new content strategy.
Online Admissions Tool
January 2018 - present
Working alongside the London Stock Exchange Admissions team to create an online admissions tool for its Issuers and Advisors, replacing their existing manual processes. Going forward Issuers/Advisor will be able to apply online, manage their workflow and receive relevant notifications. The beta tool will be launched in early September 2018 and tested with a closed group of Advisors with further evolution throughout 2018. In parallel, we are creating an admin portal which will allow the LSEG admission team to see and manage all admissions.
FTSE Russell Preference Centre
June 2018 - present
After the successful launch of the LSEG Preference Centre, FTSE Russell (a sub-brand of LSEG) engaged with us to design and build a similar Preference Centre for their customer base. Due to be released Q3 of 2018.
